The Mississippi Forge Council in Jackson, Ms. is a 501c3 non-profit organization of blacksmiths and metal artists. We are all working hard to keep this ancient art of blacksmithing alive, and we bring in people of all ages to learn the craft. We regularly present demonstrations to schools and young people, we open to the public every 3rd Saturday of the month to meet and demonstrate, then open the forge to newcomers.

We are hosting a conference on May 23-25, 2025, featuring famed metal artist Kirk Sullens, and we are looking for sponsors to participate in our event. We are taking donations of products or funds to help make this event a success. The products will be used as auction items and the funds will be utilized to keep the Council’s materials supplied so we can continue teaching this ancient art and to buy items needed for the event such as food, t-shirts, advertising, etc.

Can we count you in to give a donation today? Make checks payable to Mississippi Forge Council (MFC) or go to msforgecouncil.com and click on the “donations” link.
