People ventured to the town of Pontotoc MS from all over to enjoy the demonstrators, the people,and all the food. Richie can make a slab of bologna into a gourmet treat fit for a king. He takes about a 4″ thick slab of bologna and criss cross cuts to make fingers standing up that you can cut or break off that have been seasoned to perfection and cooked enough to brown the fingers on the edges.
